Screen Australia for aspiring indigenous filmmakers!

Great opportunity with Screen Australia for aspiring indigenous filmmakers! Check it out…

“CALLING ASPIRING SCREEN PRODUCERSThe Indigenous Department of Screen Australia is calling for applications for an initiative aimed at developing Indigenous Screen Producers. If you’ve ever thought about a career in the film and television industry as a screen producer then Screen Australia would like to hear from you.

No experience is necessary but some idea of the film, theatre and
arts industries would be useful, but not essential. We are looking for self-motivated, organised, energetic collaborators with an understanding of storytelling to take part. The Indigenous Producers Initiative will involve an intensive development plan that covers all aspects of producing and will be tailored to suit the needs and skills of participants. May suit arts administrators, lawyers, bush lawyers – anyone with a creative bent and an interest in storytelling.
